At Kapil Driver Services Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide professional and reliable services to all our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which customers may cancel their bookings and the conditions for receiving refunds, if applicable.
Once a booking has been confirmed through our website, phone, or in person, our team allocates a driver or vehicle for your request. Please review your booking details carefully before final confirmation to avoid the need for cancellations.
In rare situations, Kapil Driver Services Pvt. Ltd. may cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as vehicle unavailability, driver emergencies, or operational issues. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued, or an alternative service will be offered at no additional cost.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. The actual refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
If the customer is not available at the pickup location at the scheduled time and fails to inform our team in advance, the service will be considered as “No Show”, and no refund will be applicable.
Customers can reschedule their bookings by contacting our support team at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time. Rescheduling is subject to driver or vehicle availability.
